摘  要:在寒冷地区的冬季,用输油管道输油时,通过常年冻土地带的管线,其输送的油中的水会在管内壁结冰,严重时会发生冰堵事故。为此,借鉴负压力波理论在输油管道泄漏监测系统中的应用,针对输油管道基本全冰堵的情况进行了冰堵位置的有效定位的实验研究,提出了用信号的相关分析方法对压力波(声波)信号进行处理,并提出了具体可行的在线实时监测方案,杜绝全冰堵的事故发生,确保输油管道的正常运行。When oil is transported in a cold region in winter, the pipehnes that pass through the frozen earth will become so cold because of the water in the oil that there will be some ice blocks in the pipelines. So, by referring to the application of a negative pressure wave theory in the leak detecting system for oil pipeline transportation, research was done on effective detection and location of almost complete ice blocks in the pipelines, correlation analyses approaches of signals was conducted to process the pressure wave (acoustic wave) signal, and effective detecting approaches on-line was shown.
