摘  要:本研究同时用耳声发射(otoacoustic.emissions,OAE)和脑干听觉诱发电位(auditorybrainstemresponse,ABR)检测了132例高危儿的听力结果表明,132例婴幼儿(264耳)中,OAE的通过率为88.3%(233/264耳),ABR通过率为92%(243/264耳)。OAE敏感性为90.5%(19/21耳),特异性为95%(230/243耳)。检查时间,OAE约为3min,ABR约为30min。可见,OAE是一种敏感性和特异性较高的和可靠、简便、省时的听力筛查方法,适于在儿科领域广泛应用。We conducted auditory test of 132 high risk infants by using both otoacoustic emissions(OAE)and auditory brainstem response(ABR)screening.The result showed that the passing rate was 88.3%(233/264 ears)for OAE and 92%(243/264 ears)for ABR. The sensitivity and specificity of OAE in comparison to ABR were 90.5%(19/21 ears)and 95%(230/243 ears)respectively,The mean test time was 3 min for OAE and 30min for ABR,We therefore conclude that OAE is a highly sensitive,reliable and convenient method to be used for paediatric hearing screening.
