摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇–水作为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(280nm),测定了40%氟硅唑乳油的含量。结果表明,方法的标准偏差为0.086,变异系数为0.21%,平均回收率为99.53%,线性相关系数为0.9998。A quantitative analytical method of 40% flusilazole EC by RP-HPLC was described, using methanol：water：acetic acid = 90：10：0.1 （V/V） as mobile phase, using Kromasil C18 column at UV detector （280 nm）. The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were 0.086, 0.21%, 99.53% and 0.999 8, respectively.
