摘 要:目的通过临床试验了解杰力酶清洗剂去除医用器械上污物的效果。方法取临床科室使用后的血管钳300把,随机分成3组:实验1组、实验2组、对照组,实验1组采用半自动清洗机加0.4%杰力酶-SQ进行清洗,实验2组采用同实验1组方法清洗完后,再浸泡于1%杰力三效热原灭活剂溶液中5 min;对照组采用全自动清洗机加0.05%3M安必洁多酶进行清洗;3组常规清洗完后,各随机抽样50把血管钳,先主观目测其洁净度,再采用杰力试纸进行残留血渍的检测,连续做4 d,各抽取样本200把。结果经主观目测合格率分别为:实验1组同实验2组均为100%、对照组为95%;杰力试纸测试合格率分别为:实验1组63%、实验2组89%、对照组为66%。结论清洗后器械主观目测洁净度3组试验相差不大,杰力酶-SQ清洗的略高于3M安必洁多酶;对器械上残留血渍的清洗,3M安必洁多酶优于杰力酶-SQ,但用杰力酶-SQ清洗后再浸泡于1%杰力三效热原灭活剂溶液中5 min,效果更佳。OBJECTIVE To perform the experiments in order to observe the effect of Jieli-enzyme detergent on cleaning the filth on clinical appliance. METHODS A total of 300 blood pincers having been used clinically were randomly divided into 3 groups: group 1, group 2 and control group. Group 1 pincers were cleansed with half- auto-cleanser plus 0.4% Jieli-enzyme-SQ; while group 2 pincers were dipped into 1% Jieli-Tri-function pyrogendeactivating solution for 5 minutes after having been treated with half-auto-cleanser plus 0.4% Jieli-enzyme-SQ as group 1. The control group pincers were cleansed with automatic cleanser plus 0.05 % 3M Anbijie-polyenzyme. After the cleansing, 50 pincers selected randomly from each group were assessed first by eyeballing, and then detected with Jieli-test paper for blood remains. The assessment was performed for 4 continuous days detecting altogether 200 pincers-times for each group. RESULTS The qualification rate by eyeballing was 100%, 100%, and 95M in group 1, group 2 and control group, respectively; while the qualification rate of Jieli-test paper was 63%, 89%, and 66%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS Eyeballing showed no significant differences in cleansing degree among the three groups, while the qualification rate of Jieli-enzyme-SQ is slightly higher than that of 3M Anbijiepolyenzyme. However, for cleaning blood remains on pincers, the qualification rate of 3M Anbijie-polyenzyme is slightly higher than that of Jieli-enzyme-SQ, while the qualification rate of dipping into 1% Jieli-Tri-function pathogen-killing solution for 5 minutes after having been treated with 0.4% Jieli-enzyme-SQ appears to be the highest.
