两种医用器械清洗方法的效益分析

摘　　要：目的探讨合理的器械清洗方法,以提高医疗器械清洗质量和经济效益。方法使用后的止血钳随机分成两组,每组100把,第1组采用全自动清洗机加入1∶1.5白丽美得多酶洗涤剂中进行清洗,第2组采用半自动清洗机加1∶250杰力酶,均按操作常规进行清洗;随机从3 d的清洗筐中抽样进行两种清洗方法效果比较,同时对两种清洗方法进行经济效益分析。结果第1组清洗后目测合格率为96%,第2组清洗后目测合格率为100%,而经杰力试纸测试残留血渍,第1组合格率为67%,第2组合格率为63%;第1组清洗时间40 min,每清洗1次用水量120 L,第2组清洗时间10 min,每清洗1次用水量15 L。结论两种清洗方法在清洗质量上合格率相差不大,其效益分析各有优点,各医疗机构应根据自己的工作量及经济情况来选择相适应的清洗方法,更为经济实用,显示出效益性。OBJECTIVE To select cost-efficient methods of cleaning medical instrument, for improving the cleaning quality of medical instruments, as well as elevating economic efficiency. METHODS Used hemostats were randomly divided into two groups （n= 100, each group）. The hemostats in the first group were washed by fully automatic washer adding with Belimed enzyme cleaner （1 ： 2000 diluted）, those in the second group were washed by semi-automatic washer adding with Jieli enzyme （1： 250 diluted）, all of above steps were complied with the operative routine. The effects of two cleaning methods were compared through randomly extracting samples from cleaning basket for three days, and the economic efficiencies of them were analyzed simultaneously. RESULTS The qualification rate of cleaning by eyeballing in the first group was 96%, and it in the second group was 100%. Examined by Jieli test paper for blood residue, the qualification rate in the first and second groups was 67% and 63%, respectively. Time consumption for washing in the two groups was 40 and 10 minutes, respectively, and water consumption for each time was 120 and 15 liters, respectively. CONCLUSIONS No significantly difference is detected in the qualification rate of cleaning between these two methods, and each has its own advantage in analysis of efficiency. Medical services should select appropriate cleaning method according to their own workload and economic condition, which might be practical and efficient.
