Observation of Effects of L-arginine and N-acetylcystiene on Pulmonary Damage Induced bv Oleic Acid Infusion in Mice

摘  要:纯种小白鼠115只,随机分为对照组(n=20),致伤组(n=35),NAC组(n=20)和精氨酸组(n=20)及混和组(n=20),致伤组经尾静脉注射油酸0.15ml/kg体重,NAC组同时注射NAC,精氨酸组注射L-精氨酸,混合组两药同时注射,结果表明,致伤组24h死亡率为14%,各治疗组死亡率为零,肺湿重/体重显著小于致伤组(p<0.05)肺组织匀浆中TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α和MDA显著低于致伤组(P<0.05);病理组织学显示各治疗组肺损伤明显减轻,表明NAC和精氨酸对油酸引起的急性肺损伤有良好的防治作用。his paper deals with the effects of L-arginine(ARG)and N-acetylcysteine(NAC)on acute lung in-jury hy infusion of oleic acid. 115 mice were divided into five groups:control grotip(CG,n=20),injurygroup(IG,n=35),NAC group(NG,n=20),ARG group (AG,n=20) and Tnixed group(MG n=20),Thelungs were injuried by oleic acid (0.15ul/g)infusion in tail vein in IG and treated groups, NAC or/and ARGwas infused in treated groups at once after olieic acid infusion.The result showed that death rate was 14%in IG vs 0 in NG,AG and MG respectively.The lung index was markedly decreased(0.012±0.003,0.010±0.002 and 0.089±0.003 vs 0.016±0.001 for NG,AG and MG vs.IC,respectively,P<0.05,P<0.01)in treated groups;MDA,TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α of lung tissue in treated groups were much lower thanthat in IG.The pothology of Iung showed that the lung injury in NG and AG was much lighter than that in IG.We conclude that ARG and NAC may protect and treat acute lung injury induced by oleic acid infusion.
