甘草次酸钠的镇咳、消痰、降低气道阻力作用的研究

摘　　要：ＳＧＡ对抗组胺或乙酰胆碱引起的离体豚鼠气管收缩及肺溢流量减少，其抗组胺作用强于抗胆碱作用。ＳＧＡ１０、２０、４０ｍｇ／ｋｇｉｐ使氨雾法致小鼠１ｍｉｎ咳嗽次数减少，ｉｍ使呼吸道酚红分泌量下降。结果表明，ＳＧＡ有镇咳。he antitussive,anti-expectorative and lowering airway resistance actions of sodium glycyrrhetinate(SGA)were studied.The results showed that SGA antagonized contraction of trachea and decrease of pul-monary overflow amount caused by histamineor acetylchone in isolated organs frovi guinea pigs.The anti-histamine action of SGA was stronger than its anti-acetylcholine action. SGA 10,20,40mg/kg ip reducedthe cough times within 1 minutes in mice stimulated by ammonia fog and im decreased thesecretion amountof phenol red from respiratory passages.It is concluded that SGA possesses stronger antitussive,anti-ex-pectorative and lowering airway resistance actions.
