摘　　要：2004年,世界化学工业迎来了期待已久的复苏,虽然原油价格和原材料价格不断高涨,但化工产品产量、价格和利润均在增长,许多国家的化学品贸易出现较大幅度的增长。尽管许多化工公司在2004年的利润获得大幅度增长,但并没有增加设备投资,而是希望通过整合外部资源实现发展目标。The global chemical industry began to revive in 2004. Despite of the continual increase of prices of crude oil and other raw materials, the production, prices, and profits of chemical products all went up, and in many countries the chemical trade showed a big rise. Many chemical companies got a big income in 2004, but poured no investment in equipment, they wished to complete their development objectives by reorganizing outer resources.
