经静脉左心声学造影的临床应用价值

摘　　要：用自制的１％葡萄糖白蛋白声学造影剂对６２例患者静注０．０８～０．２２ｍｌ／ｋｇ造影剂后，左室显影≥２＋者达７６．７％～９６．７％；３０例疑诊冠心病患者行常规平板负荷试验前后静注造影剂０．２２ｍｌ／ｋｇ使左室内膜边界的可辨率分别提高２５．４％及２９．４％；２１例患者多普勒检查发现，静注造影剂后可使肺静脉多普勒频谱信号明显增强；同时１８例二尖瓣返流者的返流彩色多普勒血流信号于静注造影剂后也显著增强。cases were studied with dextrose albumin sonicated left heart contrast echocardiography(LCE).The results showed 76%and 96.7%of those cases revealed left heart opacification≥2+ under the doees 0.08 ml/Kg and 0.22ml/Kg respectively.30 cases suspected CAD before and after treadmill exercise test re vealed 25.4%and 29.4%increased LV border enhancement rate respectively. Pulsed Doppler echocardiography was perforrned fot 21 cases, only 8 cases'pulmonary venous flow velocity signals could be recorded, all were posi tively presented after LCE. In color Doppler, maximal jet area of the mitral regurgitation increased from 3.1±4.0cm2 to 8.3±8.1cm￣2 after contrast injection(P<0.01)in 18 cases with mild to moderate mitral regurgitation.
