法乐四联症根治术后远期左心室心肌力学参数的研究

摘　　要：本文应用超声心动图、心电图、动脉血压同步检测的方法，研究了法乐四联症（ＴＯＦ）根治术后远期患者左心室收缩末期室壁应力、应力－应变关系及应力－缩短关系。研究对象：患儿组３４例，男２０例，女１４例，年龄４．２５～２８．００（１５．３０±６．７２）岁；对照组５０例，男３０例，女２０例，年龄２．００～２４．００（１４．４７±５．６０）岁。结果显示ＴＯＦ根治术后远期左心室心肌收缩力减弱，左心室前负荷与后负荷高于正常同龄人。Determination of echocardiogram,electrocardiogram and cuff blood pressure were simultanously used to assess the left ventricular end-systolic wall stress,stress-strain relation and stress-shortening relation of long-term survivors after total correction of Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF).34 patients and 50 normal controls were covered in this study.The result showed diminished myocardial contractility,increased pre-load and after-load long after total correction of TOF.
