摘　　要：省教院的改制给图书馆的读者服务工作带来了一些需要思考和解决的问题。通过对4所省教院图书馆的网络调研,指出图书馆要重视信息基础设施和图书馆网页的建设,积极开展网上信息服务;重视和加强馆际合作,走资源共建、共知和共享的道路;加强特色信息资源建设,积极探索与实践特色服务;树立个性化服务和图书馆的营销理念。System reform in provincial education institutes has brought problems, which need consideration and solution for reader services in their libraries. Based on a network survey of these libraries, the paper has put forward suggestions of focusing on construction of information infrastructure and library websites, developing active information service on network; focusing on strengthening cooperation with other libraries, focusing on following the path of construction and sharing resources; strengthening characteristic information resources building, exploring and practicing characteristic information services actively; and establishing the concepts of individual services and library marketing.
