摘　　要：根据目前图书馆工作量化管理的趋势,结合图书馆的具体情况,阐述了图书馆实施量化管理的必要性和可行性,提出了量化管理的基本原则,以部室为单元,确定各部、室量化指标和分值标准,根据各部、室及每个管理人员的工作累积分值,建立指标量化评价模式。According the trends of quantitative management of library workload, and combination with the actual situation of library at present, the paper has expounded on the necessity and feasibility of practicing quantitative management of library workload, and put forward basic principles in quantitative management, in other words, determine the quantitative standards for each division, and establish target quantitative evaluation models by using the accumulative values of each division and each administrator.
