民间法律援助与政府法律援助之关系研究

摘　　要：法律援助是法治的一个重要方面。《法律援助条例》的颁行,对政府法律援助与民间法律援助之间的关系提出了新课题。根据《法律援助条例》,政府应当承担向公民提供法律援助的义务。对此,民间法律援助组织应将工作重点转向发挥专长,补充政府法律援助之不足,并促使政府切实履行法律援助的职责和义务,以便更加有效地整合社会资源。Legal aid constitutes an important part of rule of law. With the promulgation of the Regulations on Legal Aid, a new subject is posed concerning the relationship between government legal aid and non government legal aid. The government should take responsibilities to provide legal aid for its citizens according the Regulations. In contrast to this, non-government legal aid organizations should shift their focus to giving full play of their specialities, complementing the government in providing legal aid, and urging the government to perform its duties and obligations, thus integrating effectively all social resources.
