摘 要:对脉动燃烧尾气冲击流的传热特性进行了实验研究。利用自制的小型Helmholtz脉动燃烧器产生的尾气直接冲击陶瓷板,改变不同参数并测量各点温度随时间的变化,以预测纸张或织物等平面物料的传热特性及流动特性;根据测量数据得出了不同条件下的传热系数曲线;对脉动尾气流增强传热的可能原因进行了讨论。A self-developed small-scale Helmholtz pulse combustor was employed to generate an impinging jet flow, which normally impacted on a ceramic flat plate. The temperatures on different points of the ceramic plate at different times were measured under various parameters of pulse frequencies and fuel flowrates of the combustor. The analyses of the history of these temperature distributions enable us to estimate the characteristics of convective heat transfer for the impinging jet drying of thin and flat materials such as paper or textile. The local convective heat transfer coefficients were obtained and possible causes for the heat transfer enhancement in oscillating flows were discussed based on the experimental data.
