摘　　要：黑龙江干流界河段水力资源丰富,工程条件优越。本文从工程自身条件、外部环境、电力发展需求以及开发方式等方面对该河段梯级水电站开发问题进行探讨,说明其良好的开发建设条件。Heilongjiang river has the abundant water resources in boundary block,the engineering condition is superior.The paper discusses the questions of cascade water power station development according to engineering condition external environment,power demand and development way,explains its excellent development condition.
