摘　　要：本文采用高效液相色谱法分析邻苯二酚产品,并分别对照内标法、外标法及归一法测定时对分析结果的影响,取得良好的结果并且实现邻苯二酚产品及所含杂质对苯二酚、间苯二酚、对苯醌、苯酚的良好分离.内标法时邻苯二酚回收率在97.8%～101%之间,相对偏差为1.2%.High-performance Liquid Chromatography with silica column was employed for the analysis of the high purity catechol.The mixture of hexane-isopropanol-acetic acid was used as the mobile phase.The gradient elution method and programmed changing of detection wavelength were also used to improve the separating property. Three methods were used： internal standard method, external standard method and normalization method. The internal standard is p-, tert-butyl pyrocatechol.The recovery of catechol is between 97.8% - 101% ,the relative standard deviation is lees than 1.2%.
