摘  要:为了对濒危珍稀动物种质资源的进行保护,完善精液冷冻技术方案,对北极狐37只次、乌苏里貉32只次的精液进行细管冷冻技术研究,结果表明,北极狐精液用3%柠檬酸三钠-卵黄-甘油作冷冻稀释液,乌苏里貉精液用11%蔗糖-卵黄-甘油作冷冻稀释液,在5℃冰箱内平衡1 h后,进行细管冷冻(液氮-196℃),冻溶粒子活力达4~5级.速冻法优于缓冻法.细管冻精在50℃温水中快速溶化,北极狐精液用3%柠檬酸三钠作解冻液,乌苏里貉精液用7%葡萄糖液作解冻液效果较佳.In order to protect germplasm resources of rare and endangered zoological species and improve assisted reproductive technology plan, the test was conducted. By using two kinds of mixed dilute liquid, freezing semen technology wan studied with 37 arctic fox and 32 racoon dog. The results indicated that arctic fox semen diluted using 3 % citric acid plus egg yolk and glycerol, raccoon dog semen diluted using 11% sucrose plus egg yolk and glycerol, froze in the tubule dipped into liquid nitrogen - 196℃ after balancing for 1 h in 5℃ refrigerator so that the sperm motility rate was 4 - 5 grade. The method of deep freezing was superior to that of adagio freezing. Granule frozen semen thawed quickly in 50℃ warm water. 3 % citric acid for arctic fox semen and 7 % glucose for raccoon dog were used as thawing liquid to obtain the best result.
