软珊瑚Sinularia papillosa次生代谢物质研究

摘　　要：从采自海南三亚附近海域的短指软珊瑚Sinularia papillosa中首次分离得共轭甾酮,经波谱分析,鉴定它们分别为(5α)_孕甾_1,20_二烯_3_酮和孕甾_1,4,20_三烯_3_酮。Two secondary metabolites I and 2 were isolated from the soft coral Sinularia papillosa collected from Weizhou Islandin, Guangxi province, China. On the basis of spectroscopic methods, their structure were identified as 5α-pregna-1,20-dien-3-one （1） and pregna-1,4,20-trien-3-one （2）. Compounds 1 and 2 were first found from the genus Sinularia .
