摘　　要：对M acderm id公司的三价铬镀液的施镀工艺进行了研究。对施镀过程中的各种影响因素,做了详细的实验测试,得出三价铬在施镀中的最佳工艺条件。对镀件进行了分析和探讨,利用X-射线法测定镀层表面的晶体结构。The influence factors of macdermid trivalent chromium plating were studied. These factors, such as temperature, pH value, current density, electroplating time, had been discussed. The optimum technological conditions had been obtained through experiment.
