摘 要:根据护套在产品结构所处位置及其作用,分析认为,选择分布窄的高分子量、乙烯基含量偏多和低挥发份的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶作为护套的主要材料,填充比表面积较大、pH值高的气相白炭黑和粒径小于1μm的氢氧化铝,一定程度上可提高护套应具备的防护和耐电腐蚀性能。在保证整个产品外绝缘表面性能的前提下,合理的加大气相白炭黑和氢氧化铝的添加量,可以有效地降低护套绝缘的透气性能,提高其耐电腐蚀性能,确保产品长期安全运行。According to allocation and function of sheath at composite insulator it is considered that basic component of sheath material should be methyl vinyl siloxane of narrow-dispersed high molecular weight, high vinyl content and low volatility. The fumed silica of high specific surface and high pH value, and aluminium trihydrate less than 1μm, might be introduce as additive which can enhance the corrosion-proof and protective performance of the sheath. Rational increase of fumed silica and AHT additive ingredient on the premise of preserving the surface performance of the external insulation may effectively reduce the gas penetrability of sheath, increase the corrosion-proof ability and ensure the long -term safe operation.
