摘 要:春季测定二年生白皮松实生苗脱锻炼期间针叶和茎的抗寒性和估测脱锻炼结束后经低温(4℃)处理1周后幼苗的再锻炼能力,以及测定低温处理前后不同器官干物质含量的结果表明:脱锻炼后,一年生针叶的最小抗寒性为-10.4℃,一年生茎为-6.7℃。在低温诱导下,白皮松苗具有再锻炼能力,一年生针叶和茎的抗寒性分别增强约7和9℃;一年生针叶和茎的抗寒性均高于当年生的。再锻炼期间,一年生针叶和茎的抗寒性与干物质含量呈正相关。The cold resistance test during dehardening in two-year-old Pinus bungeana Zucc. seedlings was carried out in spring 2004. After dehardening, the seedlings weretreated with 4℃ for one week, aiming to test their rehardening potential. The dry matter contents in different organs were measured before and after 4℃ treatment. The results showed that after dehardening in spring, the minimum cold resistance in one-year-old needles and stems were -10.4℃ and -6.7℃, respectively. When the seedlings were treated with low temperature stress after dehardening, the rehardening occurred. The cold resistances of one-year-old needles and stems increased about 7℃ and 9℃, respectively. The cold resistances of one-year-old needles and stems were significantly higher than those of current-year ones. The increases of cold resistance of one-year-old needles and stems were related positively to the raise of their dry matter contents during rehardening phase.
