摘  要:板中北高点储气库位于天津市大港区板桥凝析油气田板中断块北部,板桥断层的上升盘。该储气库建设工程是陕京输气管道建设工程的重要组成部分,是为满足北京、天津两城市季节性调峰用气需要而修建的。库区内共有废弃井31口,对其封井的成功与否对今后地下储气库运营及其周边环境安全关系重大。针对库区内废弃井钻井完成时间早、井况条件复杂、射孔层位多,层间距离较短等特点,并根据储气库建设的总体要求,提出了储气库区废弃井“多级注水泥”封堵工艺方案,评价了相应的封堵材料,研究了现场施工工艺,并进行了现场应用。通过对已施工的15口井进行观察,目前没有1口井发现窜气现象,所有井均能满足储气库总体设计要求。The gas storage of Banzhong North High lies at the north of Banzhong faulted block in Banqiao condensate field, Dagang district, Tianjing municipality, and the up-throw side of Banqiao fault. The gas storage is the important component of Shaanxi-Beijing gas transmission pipeline. It is established for seasonal peak shaving of Beijing and Tianjing. There are totally 31 abandoned wells in the storage area. It is very important to cap the wells successfully for operation of the gas storage and safety of the environment in the future. Aiming at the characteristics of the wells completed long time ago, the conditions of the bores completed, the many beds perforated, and the intervals between the beds short etc., according to the integral requirements of the gas storage construction, the capping techniques of “multi-level cementing” are developed for the abandoned wells in the storage area; the corresponding plugging materials are evaluated; the field operating process is studied; and the field application is conducted. According to observation of the 15-capped wells, there is no one well channeling now and all the capped wells meet the integral design requirements of the gas storage. It shows the capping techniques and the plugging materials are reasonable, feasible, and worth popularizing.
