羊胎素-珍珠胶囊的壮阳作用研究

摘　　要：利用去势阳痿动物模型,观察羊胎素-珍珠胶囊对去势雄性大鼠性器官的生长发育及性功能的影响.结果表明,羊胎素-珍珠胶囊显著缩短阴茎勃起的潜伏期,不增加去势雄性小鼠包皮腺、精液囊和前列腺重量,提示羊胎素-珍珠胶囊具有一定的壮阳作用.This paper explored the effects of capsules of sheep＇ s placental extract-margarita on growth and development of the sex organ and sexual function through emasculating male rats to establish impotence model. The results have showed that the eclipse period of penile erection decreased significantly by capsules of sheep＇ s placental extract-margarita and that the weight of preputial glands, samenblase and prostate of emasculated male rats does not increase. All these have indicated that the capsules of sheep＇ s placental extract-margarita have some functions on male sexual capacity.
