摘　　要：近年来,许多旅游规划成果存在一些问题和失误,出现一种'泛化'倾向,这种倾向严重影响旅游规划的实施效果和旅游规划的健康发展.在此以<昌平区旅游总体规划(2004～2015)征求意见稿>为例,对旅游规划总体要求、规范程度、编制内容、规划深度、完成质量等典型问题进行剖析.Many of the present - day tourism planning works present itself many similar fault and problems. This trend will severe influence the tourism planning performs, harm the healthy development of tourism planning research. The example analysis of the Middle - period Discusshzg Draft of 2004 - 2015 Tourism Planning in Changping County, Beijing, China, will show you these typical problems and give some advice in framing tourism planning, including general request, whole content, structure system, criterion degree, planning auality, research denth.
