利咽合剂防治慢性咽炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨清热理气化痰的利咽合剂防治慢性咽炎的机理。方法采用药理学、组织学以及生物化学方法在小鼠、大鼠和家兔的不同病理模型上观察利咽合剂的抗炎作用、理气化痰作用以及对慢性咽炎的治疗作用。结果在小鼠的二甲苯致耳廓水肿模型、大鼠甲醛性足肿胀模型、大鼠皮下棉球肉芽肿增生模型上,利咽合剂处理组与对照组相比明显减轻耳廓水肿和足肿胀,并明显降低肉芽增生率;大、小剂量利咽合剂使酚红排泌量分别比对照组增加162.3%和60.7%,利咽合剂处理组与对照组相比明显缩短优球蛋白溶解时间;在家兔慢性咽炎动物模型上,利咽合剂处理组与对照组相比明显减轻血管扩张瘀血、炎细胞浸润、上皮增生和腺体分泌。结论利咽合剂防治慢性咽炎的作用可能与抑制咽部炎症病理改变的发生,改善血液的浓、黏、凝、聚状态有关。Objective To investigate the pharmacological effects of Liyan Mixture（LYM） on chronic pharyngitis（CP）. Methods Pharmacological procedures were utilized to investigate these effects of LYM as anti-inflammation, Qi-regulating and phlegm-transformign, and preventive treatment on various kinds of animal model induced among mice, rats or rabbits respectively,supplemented by histopathological and biochemical procedures. Results It was shown that LYM could significantly reduce the degrees of auricular edema and paw swelling as seen in the treated auricular edema models induced by dimethylbenzene among mice and in the treated dorsal metatarsus swelling models induced by formal dehyde among rats. In the experiment of granulation induced by cotton ball among rats, the hyperplastic rate of granuloma was significantly inhibited following the use of LYM. The excreting amount of phenol red could also be remarkably increased by 162. 3% and 60. 7% following LYM using at larger and smaller dosages respectively, and euglobulin lysis time （ELT） was markedly shortened as well as measured in rat models. Furthermore, LYM showed significant therapeutic effects on rabbit models with experimental CP. Conclusions Preventive and therapeutic effects of LYM on CP may be associated with its inhibiting effect on inflammatory changes and to the improving effect on blood rheoolgy in pharyngeal mucosa.
