摘  要:电网负荷率是描述电力负荷特性的重要指标,是电网中各类用户不同用电特性叠加后的集中反映。为此,从负荷率的概念出发,分析了在不同供电形势下,负荷率变化所引发的结果,特别是通过负荷率与最高负荷及日电量的灵敏度分析结果,得出负荷率不能作为考察供电量的指标的结论,期望能从理论的角度,为用电需求侧管理提供参考。As an important index to describe the load characteristics of power, electric network load factor is a concentrated reflection of the superimposed power-consuming characteristics of various consumers within the power grid. Based on the concept of load factor, this paper offers an analysis of the outcomes caused by changes in the load factor under different power supply situations. Furthermore. through the sensitivity analysis of the load factor as opposed to the maximum load and daily quantity of electricity, the paper draws the conclusion that load factor cannot be used as an index to measure the quantity of power supply. The paper aims to provide references from the theoretical perspective for the power demand side management.
