高效毛细管电泳法测定桑叶中β-蜕皮激素

摘　　要：用高效毛细管电泳法测定了桑叶中蜕皮激素的含量.结果表明,β-蜕皮甾酮的质量浓度在0.01～1.20mg/mL内与相应峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9968),桑叶中的蜕皮激素能够完全分离,方法快速简便,重现性好.A method for the determination of phytoecdysone in Folium Mori by capillary electrophoresis The calibration curve of phytoecdysone showed good linearity in the range of 0.01 - 1.2 mg/mL with r = 0.9968, and the RSD were of 6.5 % for peak area. The method has the advantages of being simple convenient and sensitive. The method can be used for the routine analysis of phytoecdysone in Folium Mori.
