电捻针配合耳压治疗单纯性肥胖病58例临床观察

摘　　要：目的比较电捻针配合耳压法与单纯耳压法治疗单纯性肥胖病的疗效差异。方法采用完全随机抽样法将观察病例分为电捻针配合耳压组58例,单纯耳压组31例。对两组临床疗效进行评定。结果电捻针配合耳压组疗效与单纯耳压组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论电捻针配合耳压治疗单纯性肥胖病疗效明显优于单纯耳压。Objective To compare the curative effects of electric and twirling acupuncture plus auricular-plaster therapy and simple auricular-plaster therapy on simple obesity. Method The subjects were divided into an electric and twirling acupuncture plus aurieular-plaster therapy group of 58 cases and a simple auricular-plaster therapy group of 31 cases by completely random sampling. The curative effects were evaluated in both groups. Results There was a significant difference in curative effect between the electric and twirling acupuncture plus auricular-plaster therapy group and the simple auricular-plaster therapy group （P 〈 0.005 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of electric and twirling acupuncture plus auricular-plaster therapy on simple obesity is better than that of simple auricularplaster therapy.
