试论清代满族重视家庭教育的原因

摘　　要：清朝统治者较历朝历代的统治阶层更加关注满族的家庭教育。究其原因:统治阶层出于维护和加强满族统治的需要,保持满族民族特色及加强军事力量的需要,满族子弟出于个人从政入仕的需要。满族的家庭教育对提高满族的民族素质功不可没。Manchu of Qing Dynasty paid more attention to family education than any other dynasties. The main reasons are the following ： the ruling class wanted to maintain and reinforce its control , to keep the characteristics of his people , to enlarge his military force , and their children wanted to become high officials in the ruling class. The improving of Manchu nation quality should be partly attributed to familv education of Manchu.
