减少精梳棉结的探索

摘　　要：分析了精梳工序机械结构的作用,从合理控制小卷定量、加强锡林的维护、合理选择顶梳密度和位置、经常检查毛刷运行情况、合理控制毛刷与锡林速度之比、确定合理的落棉率和给棉长度等方面探讨了减少精梳棉结的工艺控制。Through analyzing the role of mechanical structure of combing process,this paper discusses the process control of reducing combing nep from such aspects as properly controlling lap quantum, strengthening cylinder servicing, properly selecting the density and location of top comb,frequently chccking brush motion and determining proper feed length ,etc..
