横膈动度对透X线性支气管异物的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价横膈动度对透X线性支气管异物的诊断价值。方法追查经纤维支气管镜手术取出的透X线性支气管异物213例,抽取资料完整的比例,采用横膈活动度与阻塞性肺气肿、阻塞性肺炎、阻塞性肺不张、纵膈摆动对比研究。结果患侧横膈动度减弱发生率高于后者,存在显著性差异(分别为χ2=7.76,P<0.01;χ2=91.9,P<0.05;χ2=135.9,P 0.05;χ2=37.2,P 0.005)。结论透X线性支气管异物,透视下观察横膈动度优于其他间接征象。Objective To study the diagnostic value of diaphragm activity range to foreign body transmitted X-rays in bronchus. Methods 213 cases were conducted the follow-up study whose foreign body transmitted X-rays in brorichus were taken out under fiberoptic bronchoscope. Of those, 186 cases were conducted matched control analysis, including diaphragm activity range against obstructive emphysema, obstructive pneumonia, obstructive atelectasis and etc. Results The results showed that the weakening rate of the patients＇ diaphragm activity was higher than that of the later, and there were significant difference between the experimental groups and the controls（ X^2 = 7.76, P 〈 0.01, ;X^2 = 91.9, P〈〈0. 005, ;X^2 = 135.9, P〈〈0. 005; X^2 = 37.2, P〈〈0. 005 respectively）. Conclusion The diaphragm activity range of the foreign body transmitted X- rays in bronchus is superior to other indirect under fiberoptic bronchoscope in clinical diagnosis.
