输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石32例

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜直视下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的操作方法和临床疗效。方法对32例输尿管结石采用输尿管镜直视下气压弹道碎石治疗进行回顾分析。结果一次碎石成功率88.5%(28/32),并发症发生率9.13%(3/32),其中输尿管穿孔1例,泌尿系感染2例。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石疗效确切、安全、创伤小。是治疗输尿管结石的较好方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the lithoclast pneumatic lithotriptor for the treatment of ureteric calculi under the ureteroscopy. Method The treatment of ureteric calculi ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in 32 cases was analyzed retrospectively. Results 28 of 32 patients （88.5%） were treated successfully in the first session, 3 of 32 patients（9.3% ） were found the complications, of which, 1 patient was found with the perforation of uretet, 2 patients with infection of urinary system. Conclusion Treatment of ureteric calculi with this method is safe, effective and less invasive. It would be an ideal treatment for the ureteric calculi.
