监狱长与管教干警心身健康状况的调查比较

摘　　要：目的了解、对比监狱长与管教干警的心身健康,探讨SRHMS的评分方法。方法对应用SCL-90和SRHMS两个量表对248名监狱长与607名管教干警进行评定、比较,并对SRHMS的评分方法进行改良。结果在SRHMS中,监狱长的自测心理健康、自测社会健康和对健康的总体自测三方面的得分明显高于管教干警;在自测生理、自测心理、自测社会以及健康总体、自测几个方面,一线干警的得分又明显低于二线。在SCL-90中,监狱长的强迫、人际关系、敌意、偏执4个因子及总分明显高于管教干警;一线干警,在除恐怖因子外所有因子的得分都明显高于二线干警。结论监狱长的心身健康最佳,二线管教干警次之,一线管教干警最差。所采用新的SRHMS的评分方法简洁、直观,便于比较。Objective To explore an appropriate method to know and compare the status of mentalphysical health （SMPH） of prison principal and that of general policemen. Methods Self- rated Health Measurement Scale （SRHMS） and Symptom Check List 90（SCL- 90） were applied to measure 248 wardens and 607 general policemen. The grading methods of SRHMS was improved. Results The results showed that wardens had higher scoring than gencral policemen and on - field prison police had a lower scoring than other administrant police on three dimensions, wardens had a lower scoring than on- field prison pelice on four dimensions of SCL- 90, on-field police had a far higher scoring than other administrant police on nine dimensions of SCL - 90. Conclusion The results demonstrtate that SMPH of wardens is best and SMPH of on- field police is worst among three kinds of samples. Improved SRHMS is an ideal instrument to measure SMPH of prison police.
