摘　　要：目的总结新生儿破伤风的护理经验。方法对72例新生儿破伤风患者安置在专护病房、保持呼吸道通畅、窒息及脐部处理、输液、给氧、低温发热护理、皮肤护理、营养供给,预防并发症等。结果治愈48例,好转13例,死亡8例,自动出院3例。结论新生儿破伤风患儿的死亡率高,周密细致的护理对降低死亡率、提高治愈率有十分重要的作用。Objective To sum up the experience in rescuing and nursing newborn tetanus. Methods 72 cases of the nursing of newborn were infected tetanus, they stay in special nursing ward. Keep airway smoothly to prevent asphyxia, and they were given hylum nursing, intravenous injection, oxygen supply, hypothermia, fever and skin nursing, nutrition supply. Results 48 were cure, 13 cases improved, 8 cases died, 3 cases auto-discharged. Conclusion The mortality with newborn infected tetanus is high, to enhance intensive care play a very important role.
