摘　　要：汽、柴油发电机组作为一种辅助的发电装置应用日渐广泛,但其产生的噪声特别是排气噪声,对环境产生极大污染,为人们生活带来不便。因此,本文对一款5kW汽油发电机组正常工作时所产生的排气噪声作了详细测量及分析,找出了原装消声器的不足之处,并进行了改进设计,后对其性能进行了测试,取得良好效果。The generator is using widely as an auxiliary electric equipment ,but it will take us noise especially the exhaust noise which can pollute the environment seriously and bring our life inconvenience. So in this article, the exhaust noise was measured and analyzed which was produced by a 5kW generator, then the defect of its muffler was found and a better design was made. At last, the authors tested its performance and got a satisfying result.
