摘  要:提出一种基于交流采样技术的内燃机电站电气性能测试系统。该系统按照内燃机电站通用试验方法,实时智能调节阻性、容性和感性负载,在负载变化的同时,利用准同步预测顺序交流采样技术对电站输出波形进行高速采样,在多处理器的协同工作下,DSP芯片完成电站输出波形的FFT分析、十六位单片机对数据进行综合分析,得到内燃机电站的连续运行能力、谐波含量、突加/卸载能力和瞬态电压调整率等多项电气性能参数,同时将分析结果反馈给智能可调负载柜进行负载闭环调节。实际运行结果表明,该系统为内燃机电站电气性能测试提供了一种可行方案。A system for testing the electric capability of the diesel (gasoline) engine sets is presented. According to the general testing method of the combustion engine, the system can real-timely and intellective adjust the load which is resistance properties, inductance properties or capacitance properties, when the loads are changing, the system samplings the output wave of the power plant with high speed by the synchronization forecast sequence alternating current sampling technology, with many processors which cooperate with each other, the chip of DSP achieves the FFT analysis of the wave, the mitsubishi 16-bit MCU synthetically analyzes the data, the electric property parameters of the power plant of combustion engine, just like the run ability, the instantaneous voltage regulation rate and so on, can be gained, at the same time, the analysis results are feeded back to the intelligent load cabinet, which can be adjusted, for closed loop adjusting the load. The real running results indicate that the system is a kind of feasibility method for testing the electric capability of the diesel (gasoline) engine sets.
