我国的经济增长与非国有金融的发展

摘　　要：中国经济增长与非国有金融的发展现状表明非国有金融对我国经济发展有重大的促进作用,表现在:促进储蓄和资本形成功能;合理配置风险、激发企业家才能的功能;促进市场竞争、优化资源配置、完善金融市场功能;弥补国有金融的体制缺陷、信息劣势和治理结构的缺憾,支持技术创新、完善企业组织创新机制等。现阶段中国应该大力发展非国有金融,创新适应不同地区、产业、企业特点的金融组织金融产品,鼓励和支持各类民间金融机构在内的非国有金融的发展。China＇s economic growth and the development of non-state-owned financial enterprise show that the non-state-owned financial enterprise can greatly promote the development of the national economy. The functions are as follows： encouraging saving and copital formation, rationally allocating risk, inspiring enterpreneurs＇ ability, stimulating competition, optemizing the distribution of resources, perfecting the financial market, counteracting defects in institution, information and management of the state-owned financial enterprises, and supporting the mechanism and technology innovation. At present we should greatly develop variais non-state-owned financial enterprises so as to create financial organizations and products fit for different industries, districts and enterprises.
