摘　　要：目的廓清《梅氏历算全书》在日本的流传和影响。方法比较方法和文献考证方法。结果根据日本现存的有关史料和文献,论述了《梅氏历算全书》传入日本的经过,讨论了此书在日本的流播情况及其对和算发展所起的重要作用。文中披露了一些新史料,纠正了以往学者有关《梅氏历算全书》的某些不确切的说法。结论《梅氏历算全书》对江户时代的日本数学产生了重要影响。Aim To study of the spread of Meishi Lisuan Quanshu （《梅氏历算全书》）and its influence in Japan. Methods Comparative study and textual research. Results The introduction of Meishi Lisuan Quanshu to Japan was discussed based on extant historical materials and documents in Japan, and the spread of the book in Japan and its impact on the development of mathematics in Japan were studied. Several historical materials were discovered, and some views on the book were corrected as well. Conclusion Meishi Lisuan Quanshu had a far-reaching impact on Japanese mathematics during the Edo Period.
