摘　　要：本本以信息、价值传导为切入口,探讨了信息传导集群的科技创新活性,组织内信息供酿的互动效应。分析研究了硅谷、中关村科技创新实现的有效模式,即信息传导集群效应;基于信息传导集群的我国科技创新战略,即发展信息传导集群。The paper explores the activity of information conductive complex in scientific and technological innovation and the interactive effects between provision and making of information within organizations by taking information and value conductivity as a cutting - in point. It also analyzes the effective mode, i. e. , the effects of information conductive complex, and China＇ s scientific and technological innovation strategy based on information conductive complex, i. e. , developing information conductive complex in implementing scientific and technological innovation in Silicon Valley and Zhong Guan Cun.
