摘  要:研究了高温胁迫条件下香根草相对含水量、膜透性、脯氨酸和叶绿素含量的变化规律.结果表明:25~40℃处理24 h后香根草的膜透性、脯氨酸含量逐渐上升,相对含水量、叶绿素含量逐渐下降,但幅度不大;40℃以上高温处理后,以上生理指标均有显著变化.与常温25℃比较,温度每升高5℃,膜透性、脯氨酸含量平均增加27.5%和86.0%,而相对含水量和叶绿素含量分别下降5.5%和10.1%.在试验条件下,香根草生长的最适温度为25~35℃,45℃为临界温度上限,55℃为致死温度上限.The variation patterns of relative water content,membrane permeability, proline content and chlorophyll content in vetiver grass under high temperature stress were studied. The results indicated that the membrane permeability and proline content were gradually increased at 25 ℃ to 40 ℃ for 24 hours,on the contrast, the relative water content and chlorophyll content decreased gradually, but the variation range was not wide. However,the variation was great while treated under the high temperature more than 40 ℃. Compared with those under the normal temperature 25 ℃ ,the membrane permeability and proline content increased by 27.5% and 86.0% on average respectively when the temperature increased every 5℃, In consequence, the relative water content and the chlorophyll content decreased by 5.5% and 10.1% respectively. The optical temperature for vetiver grass growth was ranged from 25 ℃ to 35 ℃ ,and the critical temperature was 45 ℃ ,the fatal temperature was 55 ℃.
