摘 要:以全息光盘的重复安装复位误差为主要研究对象,根据体全息存储理论和光线分析法讨论了球面参考波对全息光盘的定位精度要求,对其复位误差进行分析并提出了一种误差补偿方法.根据一种自行设计的全息光盘定位装置,对参考光进行反馈和补偿,即采用在参考光会聚透镜后面增加一个可以精确受控调整倾角的平行平板玻璃,把定位装置的误差补偿到光盘全息存储要求的精度1~2 μm,并且实验验证了方案的可行性.The fix reposition errors of holographic disc were mainly discussed. According to the volume holographic storage theory and rays tracing method,the need of precision location of holographic disc for spherical reference wave was discussed, and the fix reposition errors were analyzed then the errors compensation method was proposed. A fix device of holographic disc was designed,and a method to feed back and compensate the reference beam was put forward: A glass plate that could be controlled to adjust its obliquity was added at the back of assembling lens of reference beam,which fix reposition eerors could be compensated precisely and the precision is 1~2 μm. The feasibility was demonstrated by experiments.
