摘  要:应用雷诺平均N-S方程和标准k-ε紊流模型,建立了泵站进水流道水流运动数值模拟的三维湍流模型和边界条件,并用有限体积法进行离散,结合SIMPLEC算法,模拟并分析了大型泵站——湖南苏家吉泵站进水流道三种工况下的水流流态。研究结果表明,利用该数学模型对泵站进水流道进行模拟的结果与实际运行数据相吻合,可以减少物理实验所带来的投资。研究结果还有效地揭示了进水流道内部流动的本质、并为实际工程提供了可资借鉴的结论与建议。Teh reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equation has been solved with standard model. The three-dimensional flow model and its boundary in the inflow conduit with the numerical simulation of the flow of pumping station are established. The flow control equation is dispersed with the finite volume method byusing SIMPLIC algorithm. Velocity distributions are indicated, and then the flow pattern of three work conditions in the inflow conduits of Hunan Sujiayue Pumping Station can be analyzed. The results are in fair agreement with actual operational data of the inflow conduit structure and vortices in pumping station. It can reduce the investment that the physics experiment bring. The result of the study open out the essence of the inner flow in the inflow conduits availably and can offer helpful conclusion and the suggestion for the actual project.
