摘　　要：根据变形虫的结构特点及其生活习性,在室温条件下自制培养液培养大变形虫。野外采集种源,室内恒温培养蛞蝓变形虫。According to the structure characteristic and life habits of the amoeba and acquired characteristics, the inoculum is made by oneself to culture the Amoeba Proteus under the room temperature condition, The sources of species collects out door, Amoeba Limax is cultured under constant temperature in doors.
