摘　　要：“双证书”制是高等职业教育的客观要求和必然趋势。高职高专实行“双证书”制在办学指导思想、教学体系、办学规章制度上要转变观念、不断完善并给予保障到位,同时要进一步解决实施“双证书”制面临的问题。The dual-certificate system is an objective demand and inevitable trend for the higher vocational education. To carry out dual-certificate system in higher vocational education should convert the thought and better protection measurements with regard to instructional ideology, teaching system and the rules and regulations of running schools. Also, some facing problems in the process of implementing dual certificates should be solved.
