摘　　要：图书馆的流通借阅工作是整个图书馆的窗口,是直接面对读者的一种服务,流通服务的窗口也就成了读者评价图书馆服务的焦点。做好流通借阅工作应落实到人上。作流通借阅工作的馆员应具备事业心、责任心、自信心,有较强的业务素质和工作能力,在工作中能以身作则,服务育人,信任读者,尊重读者,教育读者,严格管理新书,及时修补旧书,服务方式扬长避短,灵活主动,创造条件,吸引读者。The circulating-work for borrowing and reading in library is a window to the whole library＇s work, which is such a direct service towards readers that becomes the focus for readers to evaluate the service of the library. Doing well in circulating-work should be carried out by every individual, and the librarians who assist in the library should boar devotion to their work, responsibility, confidence and thigh-quality and working ability so that they can set good examples with their own conduct, educate students through service students, trust readers, respect readers, educate readers, take good care of new books, mend shabby books without delay, take the advantages in the manners of serving, and avoid he disadvantages at the same time. They should also be flexible in the work, and do good jobs to create conditions to attract readers.
