茵黄胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察茵黄胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法200例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为茵黄胶囊治疗组和α干扰素治疗对照组(各100例)。1个疗程后评定疗效并检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TB)及γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(-γGT)及乙型肝炎血清阴转率的变化。结果治疗组和对照组综合疗效总有效率分别88.0%,68.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论茵黄胶囊能明显改善慢性乙型肝炎的临床症状,改善肝功能,抑制病毒复制,是治疗慢性乙型肝炎较理想的药物。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yinhuang Capsule （YHC） in treating Chronic Hepatitis B（CHB）.Methods 200 patients with CHB were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated by YHC and the control group by INF-α;After a treating-course,the effect was evaluated by determining the changes of ALT,AST TB,γ-GT and the serum CHB conversion rate.Results The total effective rate was 88.0% in treatment group and 68.0% in control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusions YHC can improve the clinical syndromes of patients with CHB and the liver function,it can also inhibit the replication of virus,it is an ideal drug to treat CHB.
