摘　　要：分析了企业电子商务网站的成本及收入构成,建立了网站的成本模型、收入模型和投资效益模 型．并分别对各模型进行了具体的分析,为企业的投资决策提供参考。This paper analyzes the capital and income composltion of e-business web in enterprise, sets up the web＇s capital model, income model and investment effect model. It also gives specific explanation to each model respectively, which functions as a sort of reference for enterprise.
