摘　　要：根据麦克斯韦方程与电磁力公式,利用一个实验,验证了电磁场与电荷系统的总动量和总角动量 守恒定律,并且电磁场的角动量可以转化为电荷一带电体的机械角动量．Accordmg to Maxwell equations and the formula of electromagnetic force it is proved that the field and charge system obey the law of conservation of momentum and the law of conservation of angular momentum. And it can be concluded that the angular momentum of electromagnetic field can transfer into angular momentum of the charge susteus.
