摘　　要：个人主义是一种肯定个体的生存目标、否定反个人的社会秩序的人生哲学。文章论述了赫丝黛个人主义思想的觉醒及促使其觉醒的因素,并从宗教和道德、社会制度、法律制度三个方面详细论述了这种觉醒对既存社会秩序的否定和批判。Individualism is a philosophy of life that confirms the individual survival as the sole aim,and denies the social order against individual. This article will focus on the awakening of individualism in Hester and analyze the factors that affect the awakening ;it will expose in detail the denial and criticism of awakened individual against the current social order from religion and moral principles, social system and law system.
