摘　　要：保险资产管理公司是保险业拓展业务渠道的新生平台,由于其引入国内时间尚短,对其法律特性还有待我们进一步研究,现行法律环境配套也有尚待完善之处,因此有必要进一步对之深入研究,以更好地为实践服务。A management company of insurance assets offers a new platform for insurance company to extend its business. Because it has just been introduced into our country, we must make a further study on its legal property. Nowadays, there are so many laws which need to be perfected in our law.environment. Therefore, it is necessary for us to make a thorough study on them so that they can serve us better in practice.
